The initial requirement was for a second manufacturing site to strengthen continuity of supply.

As discussions progressed, ongoing challenges with the existing manufacturer meant the priority shifted. Following detailed due diligence, site visits and successful laboratory and production trials, the client made the decision to transfer 100% of production to JT Grosvenor.

Since the transfer, manufacturing volumes have exceeded expectations and continue to grow, supporting greater production efficiency and increased service levels.
