Designed to support specialty chemical businesses at every stage, our dedicated facility combines deep formulation expertise with full-scale manufacturing, packing, and distribution capabilities. Strategically located in the North of England, it connects local expertise with global reach, helping you bring your products to market efficiently and with confidence.
Our Northern facility
Spanning six acres and minutes from the M1 and M62, our secure site with 24-hour CCTV combines over 50 years of on-site manufacturing expertise. From formulation to packing and distribution, everything happens under one roof, delivering efficiency, consistency, and confidence for specialty chemical businesses.
Your products, made at scale
Our facility is designed for flexibility, scale, and efficiency, giving specialty chemical businesses the confidence to produce reliably at any volume. Following our 2026 investment, we can manufacture and fill up to 10 million litres per year, with capabilities including:
- General mixing vessels: 25,000 L, 30,000 L, and 50,000 L with mechanical hoists and pumps for bulk bags, tankers, or IBCs
- Wet grinding & storage: Dedicated bead mills with mixing and storage vessels
- Dry mixing: Ribbon blender for powders
- Liquid filling lines: 1 L to 10 L containers
- Bulk liquid filling: 10 L to bulk tankers
- Dry filling: Sachets up to 5 kg and 20–25 kg sacks
