Building resilience through a second manufacturing route
An established engineering company in the North of England needed a second source for a critical powder reagent used in flue gas treatment systems supplied to customers across the UK and internationally.
JT Grosvenor evaluated the product and adapted its manufacturing capability with plant modifications and an additional blender.
Following successful trials, we began supplying 50% of the client’s annual requirement, providing an additional manufacturing route and greater supply resilience.
The relationship has since expanded, with further investment in equipment, additional products and support with storage and fulfilment.
